- Any actions taken by server operators or other players
- Any data loss or damage occurring on third-party servers
Your use of any third-party server is subject to that server's terms and rules.

Bedrock Broadcaster is an independent third-party application. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

7. In-App Purchases
The app offers optional in-app purchases:
- Remove Ads: One-time purchase to remove advertisements
- Premium: One-time purchase for additional features
All purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.
8. Advertisements
The free version of the app displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to viewing these advertisements.
9. Resource Packs
The app allows importing custom resource packs. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any resource packs you import. We are not responsible for:
- Copyright or licensing issues with user-imported content
- Malicious or corrupted pack files
- Compatibility issues with specific packs or servers
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- The app will be compatible with all devices or networks
- Any specific server will be accessible or functional
- The app will meet your specific requirements
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of data or game progress
- Inability to access servers
- Account bans or restrictions imposed by third parties
- Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the app
12. Indemnification
